How About a Simple Address?

ARAB NEWS

When business establishments, government offices and institutions print their addresses on their letterheads, business cards and advertisements, the universal practice is that along with the name of the organization the building number, flat or apartment number, street name, city and country should also be clearly printed. It will help people to reach any establishment without difficulty and inquiry.

Business organizations in the GCC countries follow the practice of giving only the post box number and name of the city. One has to call to find out the location and it is very inconvenient if there is a language barrier as well as no clear direction to reach an establishment. Only license issuing authorities always give full address in the commercial license. I appeal to the authorities to insist all establishments in GCC countries to provide full address on their letterhead, business cards and advertisements.
